Calrima and Onesta maintain strict operational and regulatory separation in accordance with California Department of Financial Protection and Innovation (DFPI CCR Title 10 § 260.235.4) and California Department of Insurance (CDI) standards. Clients are under no obligation to implement financial planning recommendations through Calrima.

4. Intellectual Property
